Botswana 50th year of Independence

Botswana celebrated its 50th year of independence over an extended long weekend this last one. We even got a little bit of rain this last weekend – 1mm at The Plot

We celebrated Independence in the bush. We had an amazing 7 days; of course I have plenty of stories of mishaps, great game viewing and more. Be patient they are coming soon.

Here are a few photo’s we took at a the little village of Mababe, near to where we were staying.
